Visiting rules

We ask visitors to follow the rules in these visiting rules. There aren't many of them.

  • Each visitor to the complex is responsible for his own health and safety.
  • Please keep calm and order. You are not alone here, the animals have sensitive hearing and we do not have an army of cleaners.
  • Feed the animals only with food prepared by us. Even animals can be sick. If no more food is prepared, it means that the daily dose has been exhausted. It is fed only on the open palm.
  • Do not put your hands and fingers behind the fencing and in the aviary. This will prevent unnecessary injuries and will not scare the animals.
  • Don't destroy the greenery. Even with seemingly insignificant plucking of leaves or branches, permanent damage or death of plants can occur.
  • Do not enter behind railings, barriers and enclosed and confined areas that are not intended for visitors.
  • No entry for people under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. No entry with animals.
  • Children under the age of 10 are only allowed to enter if accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
  • The children 's adult supervision is responsible for their behavior (parents, accompaniment, pedagogical supervision of groups).
  • If anything falls into the animal enclosure, inform the staff immediately. Do not try to enter a paddock that is not designed for that.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items. We are not liable for damage to health and property caused by the visitor by not following the instructions of the visitor's rules.
  • If treatment by a doctor is necessary, the visitor is obliged to call line 155 and inform the fauna park staff.
  • The parking space is unguarded and uninsured.
  • Smoking and the use of open fires are prohibited throughout the complex.
  • We ask visitors to comply with the current regulations of the Government of the Czech Republic in the fight against Covid-19.
  • In case of violation of the visitor rules, the visitor may be expelled from the premises.
